The picture on the left is the wedding picture of Grandma, Josie, and Grandpa Andrew Hagen. I believe the picture on the right was taken on their 25th wedding anniversary. I should verify that with mom or Eva. These pictures and others I will post, as time permits, were provided by Andrew Hagen, Lewis' son. He scanned them while visiting mom (Bernice Hagen) in rural Alamo during Christmas 2006.

My thanks to Andrew for scanning these! I have never seen the picture of the two of them for their 25th!!! How long did Andrew live after that?
Grandpa Hagen was born in 1880 and Grandma in 1882. I think Grandma said she was 24 when she got married so they were in their eearly fifties. If I had Arnold's book here at Dana's, I could look up the dates. Marilyn will have to set us straight!
Thanks Gayle! Just imagine...that picture was taken when they were younger than me!!!! That is what I was curious about...People back then looked older than they really were...my oh my...I never knew Grandpa Andrew...wish I had!
