Marilyn probably remembers when this picture was taken being she is older (notice that this is becoming a reoccurring theme). The teddy bears were probably some of the first big stuffed animals available. They seemed to be featured in many of the pictures that even include Loren, Lloyd, and Allen. I wish that I could say that we treasured the bears, which we did, and that we still have them, but they didn't survive the assault of three younger brothers.
