Kim, You appear to be on a hill overlooking the lake...are you outside the city then? If you are this high up you are not experiencing some of the flooding going on down there i take it...except on your way to work I suppose? Hope all is well and the storm is done...J ps...had to tease you about the snow...but not the ice! I hate it and we have so much of it every year it is a pain.
We live in a little village about 20 miles from Austin. Very rural. We are at the top of the hill and the lake (very low currently) is down below. The ice is much worse today. Stuck at home another day!
I guess if you are stuck home...you can make a wonderful supper and clean your panty drawer for soemthing different to do! Ha! Because soon enough you will be doing taxes for everyone and no time for yourself...so try to enjoy your time at home and have a cup of tea on the porch!
Hopefully this will become a family news letter so we all can stay in better touch!
