The Fruit of My Work
I was hesitant to put this up but Gayle assured me it was fine...I just wanted to share with you what I have been working on for several years...it is now on Amazon for preorders but I still have not seen one! It is my book on how I paint. If you go to this url you can read an excerpt from it. It is feeling rather surreal at this point and I will not understand it all until I actually can see the book for myself which is sometime in August and then it goes around the world to all bookstores in September I guess...Kind of weird. Just wish my parents could see it! Am I missing something? The link doesn't take me to any books I can recognize as written by you?
I believe it is number 21 A Celebration of Light...I forgot to say the title...if it is not there...go to Amazon then books then art and then type in the title in the search but it should be there Andrew...I just failed to tell you the book! I will check too...
Congratulations on publishing your new book, Janie! Very impressive! Now you are added to the list of authors in the family. Great job! I bet that was exciting and stressful at the same time.
It is always David who I thought would publish a book...he has written several novels and a childrens book...so I thought for sure it would be him...but in his case he had to find a publisher which for books is not easy. I was very blessed that the publisher came to me. Someday his will be out too I am sure.
Janie -- Congratulations. I went to Amazon and saw the book cover (wow!) and am on the pre-order list. I can hardly wait to see the book. How very exciting.
